The Partner (hereby known as the Referral Partner) will be eligible for a payout once after reaching the minimum payout of $100 in the payout report. Payouts will be processed on the first Monday of every month.
A referral by you should stay as an active customer for at least 60 days depending upon the plan they signup for to add the commission to the payout report.
Visitors should be referred through your affiliate link, it helps us to tag the signup to you and mark you eligible for referral fee.
Coupon code websites & directory applicants are strictly not allowed to participate in the referral program.
Partners shall introduce ChatSupport services to prospective customers and must comply with all laws including those that govern email marketing and anti-spam regulations.
The person participating in the Referral Program as the Partner is entitled to a Referral Fee.
A referred signup on ChatSupport to generate a Referral Fee the customer must jointly:
a) Use a browser that has its cookies setting enabled.
b) Follow a Referral Link.
The Referral Fee may be subject to adjustments for the credit card chargebacks and refunds.
Fraudulent or voided transactions do not qualify as a basis for Referral Fees. The Referral Fees are traced through the use of cookies.
ChatSupport is only responsible for paying commissions on signup that can be traced back to the Referral Partner. If the visitor is using cookie-blocking software and it is not possible to track traffic from the Referral Partners site to the ChatSupport website, the referral will not result in a commission being paid.
Referral Fees will be paid to the Referral Partner who was assigned the Referral link clicked on by the customer.
The Referral Partner may post as many Referral Links to ChatSupport as they find necessary, but is not allowed to as register in any search service (such as e.g. Google's Ads)
ChatSupport agrees to pay the Referral fees on signup of ChatSupport referred directly by the Referral Partner (“Referral fees”) if that customer has accessed ChatSupport’s site and signed up to the product via your unique Referral link.
Upon registration, ChatSupport will make available:
a) Your Unique Referral Link which redirects to the ChatSupport website with a unique login assigned (“Referral Link”). This information is saved on the computer of the visitor, who enters the ChatSupport website through the Referral Link, in the form of a cookie which is active for a period of 90 days.
Ensure you follow these guidelines or otherwise risk termination of any Referral Agreement, or partnership with ChatSupport, and potentially face other legal repercussions. Referral Partners must NOT:
1) Be a Coupon Code Website or a Directory.
2) Add any backlinks to Coupon Code Websites or Directories.
3) Add any backlinks to any other website which is not owned by you.
4) Build or promote any social media pages related to our brand name.
5) Use any website or technology that obscures any coupon code.
6) Create or run fake promotions or ads in any form.
7) Conduct any off-page SEO by creating link building on the websites which are not owned by you.
8) Create or display any discount coupons for our product/ service.
9) Install spyware on another person’s computer; cause spyware to be installed on another person’s computer, or use a context-based triggering mechanism to display an advertisement that partially or wholly covers or obscures paid advertising other content on a website in a way that interferes with a person’s ability to view that website.
10) Bid on the 'ChatSupport' keyword.
11) Use 'ChatSupport' in sequence with keywords such as
Coupon(s)
Coupon(s) Code(s)
Discount(s)
Discount(s) Code(s)
Offer(s), etc.
which, for a customer, would make it perceived as a way to waive a part of ChatSupport’s pricing.
12) Promote our service on websites or blogs related to:
Sexually explicit materials
Violence
Illegal activities
Fake or counterfeit items
Gambling or betting
Discrimination based on
Race
Sex
Religion
Nationality
Disability
Sexual orientation
NOR infringe upon others' intellectual property rights.
13) Promote our service on non-English language websites.
